Is there minimum stay requirement? 

We strictly follow the laws and codes of each city. There is 30 days minimum stay requirement, strictly enforced in Los Angeles Area and New York Area.
For Miami and New Jersey certain buildings have 30 nights and some have 1 week. Please check with us regarding our minimum day policy as per city and building codes.

What if I have a pet?

Pets are allowed at an extra charge. The pet rules of the property/building apply. 

What about my mail?

You will have an address and phone number to give out to family and friends. Mail and packages are picked up or delivered at a charge. This service is available for regular clients who are staying for more than 15 days.
 

Will I have housekeeping? 

Inclusive in your invoice is the cleaning fee of USD $95 for 1 bed, $105 for 2 bed, and $125 for 3 bed per stay. Additional cleaning is also available for a fee of USD $95. You will have an assigned day between 9:00-6:00. The actual time may vary from week to week. ​

What is the cancellation policy?

Upon reservation, should you decide to cancel for any reason, a fee of 10% of the total amount of your stay will be charged. If cancelled between 21 to 30 days prior to the day of check-in, you will be billed 50% of the total charge of your stay. If cancelled less than 21 days prior to the day of check-in, you will be billed the full amount of your stay.

We have 2 office locations currently:

How do I check-in to my suite?

Majority of our suites have key less entry. Code is released only when full rental payment is received. Some buildings do not have key less entry, You will have to call or text a number provided in your confirmation email 30 minutes prior to your arrival and one of our agents will meet you at the vacation property to check you in.

For New York/New Jersey Locations, welcome package is kept with the Doorman under your name with Keys and Garage Parking Pass.
For check ins from 9pm onwards, a fee of $25 is to be paid in cash to our check in personnel.
 

What is the check out procedure?

Check out time is 11:00 am for all of our suites unless a late check out is authorized by a representative in advance. If keys are picked up at the front desk then they will need to be dropped back before the check out time.

For New York/New Jersey Locations, please leave the parking pass and keys back with the doorman of the building.
 

What if I misplace the keys/FOB/car card/tag?

There is an $85.00 penalty for every lost fob, $100 for lost car card/tag and $50 per lost key.
 

Is there a lease or deposit?

We take a deposit towards the rental payment and keep your credit card on file in case of any damages to the unit. It is as simple as making a hotel reservation. ​

You can either make a reservation directly on our website using our online Booking tool or call and make the booking with one of our agents. The local number is in Contact us.

What method of payment is accepted? How do I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and other major credit cards. We also accept payment by Wire Transfer, Western Union, Cashier's Check, Bank Draft or Paypal. We also have direct company invoicing available.  We also accept cash at our office locations or at the time of check in (on case to case basis only).
